25-26 School Year - Free Sports Physicals

The Western Wayne School District will be offering free sports physicals for any student grades 6-11 who may be interested in playing a sport during the 2025-2026 school year on Wednesday, May 7th, 2025.Frequently Asked Questions:Q. Where can a student find the PIAA Physical Form?A. Forms can be picked up in the High School Main Office, Middle School Student Waiting, Athletic Office, OnlineQ. Does a student's physical from this school year work for next school year?A. No. For a physical to be good for the 25-26 school year, all forms must be dated after May 1st, 2025. Any forms dated before this date will not be sufficient. Q. If a student plays a fall sport, do they need to see the doctor again if they want to play a winter or spring sport?A. No. If student has a PIAA Physical on file, all they will need is a recertification form which can be filled out by a parent or guardian. Western Wayne School District is firmly committed to the belief that athletic competition is a vital part of our educational program and expects the highest standards of sportsmanship to be met in all athletic contests under its control.
A. No alcoholic beverages are permitted at any athletic contest.
B. Players, coaches and fans are required to refrain from the use of foul and abrasive language.
C. The throwing of objects onto the playing arena is strictly prohibited.
D. Home and Visiting Spectators are to remain in designated areas.
E. The Western Wayne School District Campus is a tobacco free zone this includes, vaping, e-cigarettes, and smokeless tobacco.
F. Please remember to use trash containers located throughout the facility.
