Free Sports Physicals -- Winter

There will be Free Sports Physicals on Tuesday, November 4th for any student grades 7-12 who are interested in playing a winter sport and have not yet had a physical. Attached is the PIAA physical form. Sections 1-5 must be filled out and handed in prior to November 4th in order to see the Doctor. Western Wayne School District is firmly committed to the belief that athletic competition is a vital part of our educational program and expects the highest standards of sportsmanship to be met in all athletic contests under its control.
A. No alcoholic beverages are permitted at any athletic contest.
B. Players, coaches and fans are required to refrain from the use of foul and abrasive language.
C. The throwing of objects onto the playing arena is strictly prohibited.
D. Home and Visiting Spectators are to remain in designated areas.
E. The Western Wayne School District Campus is a tobacco free zone this includes, vaping, e-cigarettes, and smokeless tobacco.
F. Please remember to use trash containers located throughout the facility.

Adults $3.00, Students $2.00
All Western Wayne Students enter for free with their student ID
