Girls Soccer Earns Shut Out Victory

Alex Gravine had two goals and an assist in a 7-0 win over the Mid Valley Lady Spartans. Morgan Wagner, Rachel Butler, Cassidy Asinski, Makayla Gregory, and Darlene Black also scored goals in the win.  Amanda Ferrer had two assists while Wagner, Asinski, and Emily Christina added one each. The win improved the Lady Wildcats record to 4-4.

Western Wayne Girls Soccer Defeats Carbondale

Cassidy Asinski scored three goals and added an assist in a 5-0 victory over the Carbondale Lady Chargers. Caydence Faatz and Vaeda Pontosky each added a goal. Morgan Wagner, Amanda Ferrer, and Alex Gravine contributed with an assist each in the shutout victory.

Lady Wildcats Defeat Forest City 2-0

Vaeda Pontosky and Rachel Butler scored a goal each to lead Western Wayne to a shut out victory over Forest City.  Chayni Carroll and Morgan Wagner each added an assist to contribute to the win.  Goalkeeper Gracie Guarino had 4 saves

Lady Wildcats Soccer Wins in League Play

Cassidy Asinski, Amanda Ferrer, and Morgan Wagner each scored a goal in a win over the Holy Cross Crusdaders 3-1.  Asinski and Chayni Carroll assisted on 2 of the goals while goal keeper Gracie Guarino recorded 9 saves.  The Lady Wildcat's overall record is now 2 wins with 2 losses.

Western Wayne Girls Soccer Defeats Holy Cross 2-1 in Kotula Kickoff Classic

Cassidy Asinski scored two goals to lead the Wildcats to a 2-1 victory over the Holy Cross Crusaders in the opening round of the Jamie Kotula Kick-Off Classic. Round 2 play is today for the Wildcats at 12:30 pm at Marywood University.

Western Wayne Varsity Girls Soccer Preparing for Kotula Kick-Off Classic

The Western Wayne Varsity Girls Soccer Team will open its season in the Jamie Kotula Kick-Off Classic at Marywood University against the Holy Cross Crusaders.  The match is set for a 6:00 pm start.
