Varsity Girls Cross Country Team off to a 2-0 start!

Game Date: Sep 5, 2018

Western Wayne, along with fellow cluster teams consisting of Carbondale, Forest City, and Honesdale, hosted Riverside, Dunmore, and Old Forge on Wednesday, September 5, 2018. The girls varsity team beat both Dunmore and Old Forge. Riverside did not field a team on this day. Resulted are as follows:

Anya Rusnak (Sophomore) placed 4th
Madison Kammer (Freshman) placed 5th
Audrey Lawler (Freshman) 9th
Ella Dougher (Freshman) 14th

It was also "Senior Night" for Paige Barillo (8th pl), AnnieSkirpan (12th pl), and Jillian Dudley (17th pl). The girls are now 2-0 after the first meet. The varsity boys do not have a team this year.
