There will be free sports physicals held at Western Wayne High School on Monday, June 3rd. These physicals will be available for students who are currently in grades 6-11 who plan on playing a sport in the 2024-2025 school year. 

A PIAA physical must be completed before a student can participate in athletics. Please note that the the physical must be dated after May 1st, 2024 to be used for the 24-25 school year. 

Sections 1-5 of the physical form must be completed and handed in to the Athletic Office by Friday, May 31st. Section 6 of the physical form will be filled out by the Doctor the day of the physicals.
